“The food here is buono! I especially love the olive oil here. I often eat bread with salt and olive oil. The steak, risotto, and pasta were also delicious and I ended up eating too much. After the meal, it was great to go outside and take a walk while looking at the view from the hill. There are carp in the pond and you can find lizard, and the grounds are fun. The hotel also has rooms with spa and sauna, so I recommend it to Japanese people like me. The staff are friendly and kindly, and I definitely want to come back!”

“Great place to stay and discover the coast and the mountains. Count that you´ll need for every visit a car because it´s situated some km from the city. But fantastic hotel to relax. Very clean room, good service and tastefull restaurant. The only thing that could be better is breakfast. For one/two days it´s good but there is no variation at all. After a one week stay we were a little tired of the daily pies. In the end, we had a great time in Il Poggio. And price/quality, top!”
